Where to watch the Champions League play-off draw?

This event will be broadcast on sports channels, and also streamed live on the UEFA website, free of charge. We will publish the draw in writing, updating it live.

How does the draw work?

The standings matter, since the 9th and 10th placed teams will face the 23rd or 24th placed teams, and then the 11th and 12th placed teams will play against the 21st or 22nd placed teams. This is determined by the draw, with no other restrictions. Clubs from the same country can face each other, as can those who have already played each other during the league phase. The top seed will play the second leg at home.

Will the draw for the Round of 16, quarter-finals, and semi-finals also take place?

No, only the play-off draw will take place on January 30th. The draws for the rest of the bracket will be completed on February 27th.
