This Saturday, Paris Saint-Germain (1st) take on Brest (8th) at the Stade Francis-Le Blé for the 20th day of Ligue 1 2024-2025. With 2 days to go before the match, two PSG players have been withdrawn, according to RMC Sport.
It’s inevitably bad news to see the infirmary fill up, especially with players who were in top form. At least Neves should only be out for a few days. For Zaire-Emery, it’s going to be a lot harder, with one match after another. Not least the Champions League play-offs (February 11-12 and 18-19).
But that’s part and parcel of top-level soccer, and PSG have thought through their squad with these possible unpleasant surprises in mind over the course of the season. We hope that both players will return as soon as possible and in good shape.
