This Saturday, Paris Saint-Germain (1st) take on Le Havre (16th) at the Parc des Princes for the 30th day of Ligue 1 2024-2025 (kick-off 5pm, CET). Paris coach Luis Enrique must choose his starting 11, taking into account the opponent, upcoming matches and suspension risks, after having formed the Parisian squad for this match.
It’s always difficult to guess exactly what Luis Enrique’s plans are, but it’s safe to assume that there will be a relatively large rotation. The team is coming off two intense matches in the Champions League quarter-finals. But it’s unlikely to be a case of resting everyone, especially as there was no meeting between the two.
The Parisians are already champions, but there’s no question of doing just anything. There are records and invincibility to play for, as well as a rhythm to maintain and competition in the run-up to the Champions League semi-final against Arsenal (Tuesday April 29 and Wednesday May 7).
Possible line-up –
Doué – Ramos – Lee
Mayulu – Vitinha – Zaïre-Emery
Hernandez – Beraldo – Marquinhos – Hakimi
Safonov
Substitutes – Donnarumma, Tenas, Kamara, Mendes, Kimpembe, Neves, Ruiz, Barcola, Mbaye, Kvaratskhelia.
Out – Pacho (sickness), Dembélé (rest), El Hannach, Tape, Zague (choice).
Possible suspension for yellow card: Achraf Hakimi.
The suspension would be effective from Tuesday April 29, i.e. against Strasbourg for the 32nd day of Ligue 1 on the weekend of Saturday May 3.
