Mahamadou Sangaré, the 18-year-old Paris Saint-Germain-trained striker whose aspirant contract expires this summer, has been rumoured to be on the move. Journalist Fabrizio Romano now claims that the PSG star has even chosen his destination.
This journalist is generally reliable, he’s not so randomly assertive. There’s every reason to believe that Sangaré’s move to Manchester City is at least well advanced. Which is a disappointment, as we had hoped to see this young talent grow at PSG.
But he’s obviously made another choice, so we’ll have to wait and see, as there will be no less competition at Manchester City. That’s how it is, players make choices and a club can’t have everyone.
