Matvey Safonov, a 26-year-old goalkeeper who joined Paris Saint-Germain last summer from Krasnodar on a contract until 2029, has been stuck in the role of second choice behind Gianluigi Donnarumma (26) and is likely to remain so with the arrival of Lucas Chevalier (23).
