Eddy Doué, the 20-year-old midfielder for Paris Saint-Germain’s U21 team and cousin of Désiré Doué (a 20-year-old midfielder/forward for PSG and the French national team), has been making a name for himself with his performances in recent months. And now he could be on his way out. According to L’Equipe, Estrela Amadora (Portuguese first division) could sign him this winter. But O Jogo mentions other options.

Eddy Doué could join Sporting Club de Reboleira on a free transfer this summer, unless he reaches an agreement with the Parisian club. Other French clubs are also in the running, according to O Jogo.”
Many possibilities and nothing concrete; it’s difficult to see clearly. Especially since we don’t really know PSG’s plan for Eddy Doué. Could a place in the first team be on the cards? For the moment, he hasn’t been called up for any matches despite several absences, so it seems unlikely. But things can change quickly, and summer is still a long way off. Not to mention that a career is a long one.
A departure seems relatively probable nonetheless, although we can’t really have any idea of his destination. We’ll have to wait and see.
