Ilian Mhand, the 20-year-old attacking midfielder who joined Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2025 on a contract until 2027 and has since been playing with the U21 team, could leave next summer. According to Sky Sport, the player is being targeted by several clubs abroad.
“Two clubs from the Netherlands, a Spanish club, and a German club have expressed concrete interest in the player. At this stage, no final decision has yet been made, but discussions could accelerate in the coming weeks ahead of the summer transfer window.”
This is a credible report, as it’s rare for young players to be mentioned in transfer rumors by chance. Mhand arrived at PSG’s U21 team with the desire to establish himself, and a transfer to play for a professional team would be a significant achievement. This is good news for both him and Paris, who can hope to recoup a small sum, even though a place in their first team doesn’t seem likely at the moment. However, we remain cautious; nothing is finalized yet. We don’t yet know which clubs are involved, nor how concrete the negotiations might be.
