Another difficult match to analyze. PSG faced a valiant team, but one that was clearly not up to scratch. PSG’s revamped side dominated completely. However, while we should avoid getting too carried away with Lucas Beraldo’s performance, we can’t deny that he adapted well to the midfield, and in matches like this, he clearly gets the job done. It’s up to him to prove he can be just as strong in the biggest games. Ramos clearly missed a chance to impress, and his future looks bleak. The gap between Luis Enrique’s style of play and his personal abilities is too wide. We can sense the disconnect, not in terms of commitment, but in his inherent qualities.
