Randal Kolo Muani, the 27-year-old French national team forward who had been struggling at Paris Saint-Germain (under contract until 2028), has been loaned to Tottenham for the 2025-2026 season without an option to buy, after a deal with Juventus (where he had been on loan from January to June 2026) failed to materialize. His future is now uncertain, though the Italian club is once again working on his transfer. Journalist Gianluca Di Marzio reports that the two clubs have agreed on the structure of the deal but have not yet settled on the fee.
One obstacle remains.
There is a gap between Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain regarding a move for Randal Kolo Muani to Turin. The clubs have reached an agreement on the loan structure, which includes an obligation to buy should Juventus qualify for European competition next season. However, the parties remain far apart on the financial terms of the Frenchman’s potential transfer to the Allianz Stadium.
Hopes for Kolo Muani’s transfer to Juventus remain alive, though the obstacles are clearly difficult to overcome. Moreover, the move might not necessarily be a permanent one. While the Turin club is likely to qualify for European competition, it is not yet guaranteed, which could complicate matters. The situation is further complicated by the baffling purchase price (€95 million).
PSG wants to recoup the highest possible fee, yet must also acknowledge that the striker’s stint has been a major failure. His loan spell at Tottenham helped him regain some standing, but not enough to attract a flood of tempting offers. Everyone hopes the negotiations will succeed, but Juventus lacks significant financial resources. A stalemate remains a possibility, just like last summer—though Paris might still make a concession, given the lack of alternatives.
