Juventus is nevertheless exploring ways to secure Suzuki’s services. There is only one viable alternative that doesn’t rely on a sale to boost their coffers: viewing PSG not as a rival, but as an ally. Indeed, if Campos decides to sign the Japanese player, he will do so, and it would be impossible for the Bianconeri to compete with Europe’s most powerful club.

English clubs—and notably PSG—have also shown interest in Suzuki. Juventus’s management, for the reasons mentioned and given the recent mending of relations with Paris, does not wish to engage in a bidding war for the goalkeeper.

If PSG is truly intent on signing Suzuki, Juventus will struggle to compete financially—a trend evident in their recent transfer activity. However, nothing is set in stone yet. A starting role seems more attainable at the Italian club, which could be a deciding factor.
