Paris Saint-Germain won 3-0 against Brest on Saturday at the Stade Francis Le Blé in the ninth round of Ligue 1 2025-2026. After the match, Parisian goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier (23) spoke to beIN SPORTS.

Chevalier: “We must always be on the lookout.”

Was it a quiet evening or not?

We have similar evenings as Parisian goalkeepers. We have the ball, the quality, and the goals. But we must always be on the lookout. However, Brest could have turned things around on one or two occasions. You have to stay focused to be good when you need to be.

Chevalier: “We didn’t really understand, it took a long time.”

How did you feel about the penalty?

We didn’t really understand, it took a long time. The referee said after five minutes that it was a corner, and then someone called him back. I’m not sure where Del Castillo wanted to shoot, but I think I went the right way, you’d have to ask him (laughs). But if he scores, it’s 2-1 and that’s very different. We can see the 3-0 at the end, but we have to be careful and stay focused.
