This Tuesday, Paris Saint-Germain (1st in Ligue 1) take on Dunkerque (5th in Ligue 2) at Stade Pierre-Mauroy in the semi-finals of the Coupe de France 2024-2025 (kick-off 9.10pm, UTC+1). Paris coach Luis Enrique must choose his starting 11, taking into account the opponent, upcoming matches and suspension risks, after having formed the Parisian squad for this match.
There are always doubts with Luis Enrique, and so much the better, as the opponent is also undoubtedly in a bit of a limbo. A little rotation, at least, is expected against an opponent from a lower division. But there’s no question of a totally revamped team. Dunkerque have to be taken very seriously, and this competition doesn’t forgive the slightest slip-up.
So we’re expecting a relatively normal line-up, with a few key players likely to be rested, while others will gain in confidence and pace.
Composition possible :
Kvaratskhelia – Dembélé – Doué
Mayulu – Vitinha – Zaïre-Emery
Mendes – Beraldo – Marquinhos – Hakimi
Donnarumma
Substitutes – Safonov, Mouquet, Hernandez, Kimpembe, Pacho. Neves, Ruiz, Barcola, Mbaye, Ramos.
Out – Lee, Tenas (injury), El Hannach, Tape, Zague (choice).
Possible suspension for yellow card: Achraf Hakimi.
This would be effective from Tuesday April 15, i.e. against Le Havre on April 19 for the 30th day of Ligue 1.
