As is customary after each matchday, L’Équipe has published its Team of the Week for Matchday 14 of the 2025-2026 Ligue 1 season, which took place this past weekend. Following their 1-0 defeat against Monaco at the Stade Louis II, Paris Saint-Germain has no players selected.

It’s understandable that the Parisians are absent from this Team of the Week; they were somewhat absent from their performance. It’s difficult to see who could have been included, even though Lucas Chevalier (24-year-old goalkeeper), Vitinha (25-year-old midfielder), Warren Zaïre-Emery (19-year-old midfielder), and Lucas Hernandez (29-year-old defender) were more impressive than their teammates.

Other Ligue 1 players delivered more remarkable performances and deserve to be highlighted. That’s great, there’s quality in this championship.
