As is customary after each round of league matches, L’Équipe has published its Team of the Week for Matchday 19 of the 2025-2026 Ligue 1 season, which took place this past weekend. Despite their 1-0 victory against Auxerre at the Stade Abbé-Deschamps, Paris Saint-Germain has no players selected.
PSG didn’t particularly impress in Auxerre, so it’s no surprise to see no Parisian players in this Team of the Week. The victory was solid, but not brilliant, either individually or collectively. The main thing was to get the three points, so they’re not complaining.
Other teams and players in Ligue 1 made a bigger impression this weekend, with some resounding victories. It’s only fitting that these clubs are featured. Notably Olympique Lyonnais (2-5 in Metz, including a hat-trick from Endrick), Strasbourg (1-4 in Lille) and Olympique de Marseille (3-1 against Lens).
