Each month, the UNFP (French National Union of Professional Footballers) organizes the election of the best player in Ligue 1. For the February 2026 election, no Paris Saint-Germain player is in the final (quite logically). The competition is between Ludovic Ajorque (32-year-old striker from Brest), Folarin Balogun (24-year-old striker from AS Monaco), and Joaquin Panichelli (23-year-old forward from Strasbourg).
