Each month, the UNFP organizes the election of the best player in Ligue 1. For the November 2025 election, no Paris Saint-Germain player is in the final. The competition is between Mason Greenwood (24-year-old attacking midfielder for Olympique de Marseille), Florian Thauvin (32-year-old forward for RC Lens), and Valentin Rongier (31-year-old midfielder for Stade Rennais).

There’s no great surprise here; PSG lacked consistency in November, both individually and collectively. Even though Vitinha (the 25-year-old midfielder) often performed well, other teams made a bigger impression, with standout individual players. With Lens in first place and their attacking prowess, Thauvin seems to be the favorite. However, it’s far from a done deal.
