A new legal chapter between Kylian Mbappé and Paris Saint-Germain has just closed. As reported by Agence France-Presse this Friday, the investigating magistrates handling the case against the Parisian club for alleged psychological harassment of its former striker have issued a dismissal order.
A dismissal order has been issued in the investigation targeting PSG for psychological harassment of Kylian Mbappé, two sources close to the case told AFP on Friday.
This decision follows the withdrawal, in July 2025, of the complaint filed by Mbappé. That complaint stemmed primarily from his exclusion from the main Paris squad during the summer of 2023, after he decided not to exercise the option to extend his contract until 2025.
The dismissal thus brings an end to the criminal aspect of the dispute between the former PSG player and the club. However, it is important to distinguish this proceeding from other legal disputes between the two parties, particularly those concerning the wages and bonuses claimed by the player. The news reported this Friday specifically concerns the psychological harassment investigation and its legal conclusion.
