Nicolo Fagioli, Juventus Turin’s 23-year-old Italian midfielder, was announced as a possible winter signing for Paris Saint-Germain in exchange for Milan Skriniar (29-year-old central defender). However, the rumor was clearly put to rest by journalist Fabrizio Romano.
It’s still just a rumour, but this journalist is generally reliable and it’s at least as credible as PSG fighting to recruit Fagioli. A very good player, but far from a priority for Paris this winter. An attacking or defensive player is more likely.
Although the mercato can always surprise. Soccer moves very fast. But we’ll probably have to forget about this one.
