Marco Asensio, Paris Saint-Germain’s 28-year-old midfielder/attacker under contract until 2026, is finding it difficult to fully establish himself in the capital, and the idea of a mercato departure is taking hold. PSG Inside Actus asserts this Wednesday that this is a real possibility, with some attractive suitors.
βAfter a mixed first half of the season, several European clubs are said to be interested in his services. It’s the player himself who’s asking questions, and a discussion with the coach will take place before the Christmas breakβ¦

Randal Kolo Muani (26-year-old striker) and Milan Skriniar (29-year-old defender) are the most talked-about candidates, with Asensio barely joining the list. But his departure does not seem impossible, given his recent playing time.
The information was published shortly before the match against RB Salzburg on Tuesday evening, and the Spaniard did not come on. Neither did Kolo Muani or Skriniar, for that matter. Mind you, that’s not enough to say they’re for sale.
But it’s conceivable that the club would listen to offers. All the more so for the last two, when Asensio has played a βrealβ role in the start of the season. The players could also be tempted to try and get more playing time. They could also put up a fight in Paris, knowing that they’re still a long way behind.
Let’s wait for the certainties, it’s likely that not all 3 of them will leave, let alone without PSG having a replacement. In a mercato where deals are even harder to come by, we’re still a long way from knowing what will or won’t materialize.
