Ayman Kari, the 20-year-old midfielder who spent the 2023-2024 season on loan at FC Lorient, has returned to Paris Saint-Germain with a contract running until June 2025. But he does not fit into coach Luis Enrique’s plans. He is heading for a permanent departure this winter or summer. Foot Mercato reports this Friday that Burnley, 3rd in the Championship, have made an offer.
“Burnley have made an offer for Ayman Kari.
English club offer €750,000 compensation and 35% on resale
The English club is offering a 4 and a half year contract to the Parisian Titi”
It’s safe to assume that the sports media are not being so randomly assertive and precise about the offer made to PSG and Kari, although we always remain cautious until there’s anything official. If this offer is confirmed, it would be logical for the club and its Titi to at least be open to negotiation. It’s a pretty good way out for a young player who isn’t even in the professional training squad any more.
Let’s wait and see if the possibility materializes, and if so, what the outcome of the negotiations will be.
