This Saturday, for Matchday 14 of Ligue 1 2025-2026, Paris Saint-Germain faces Monaco at the Stade Louis II (kick-off at 5 pm, CET). Ahead of this match, the press has been trying to predict the starting lineup that Parisian coach Luis Enrique will field.
Le Parisien (4-3-3) –
Ndjantou – Dembélé – Lee
Ruiz – Vitinha – Neves
Hernandez – Pacho – Zabarnyi – Mayulu
Chevalier
L’Equipe (4-3-3) –
Kvaratskhelia – Mayulu – Mbaye
Ruiz – Vitinha – Lee
Hernandez – Pacho – Zabarnyi – Zaïre-Emery
Chevalier.
As usual, a degree of caution is being maintained. Luis Enrique doesn’t leak information to the press, who essentially have to try and anticipate his choices. This is no easy task given the fierce competition for places, as well as the need to manage playing time carefully while maintaining confidence in everyone.
There was the Champions League three days ago (against Tottenham), but there’s a full week before facing Rennes in Matchday 15 of Ligue 1. This allows for some key players to get regular playing time, especially since there was already some rotation last weekend against Le Havre. Dembélé could start, but it’s far from certain, given the cautious approach to his return and his brief appearance on Wednesday.
We’ll therefore have to wait for the official team announcement, about an hour before the match, for confirmation.
