Naomie Feller, the 24-year-old French national team forward who joined Paris Saint-Germain from Real Madrid on Monday, shared her first thoughts after signing. In an interview published on PSG’s official website, the French player spoke of her joy at joining the club in her hometown, her ambitions, and her eagerness to meet the fans.
Feller: “I’m really happy to start this adventure here in Paris”
I’m really happy to start this adventure here in Paris, my hometown. It’s the city where I grew up, where my family lives, and where all my loved ones and inner circle are based. I’m truly delighted to sign with a great club like Paris Saint-Germain.
Feller: “The goal is to win trophies”
Like any top player, the goal is to win trophies. So, I want to try and win as many as possible. On a personal level, I want to score as many goals as I can and keep developing my game.
Feller: “It’s a real honor to play for this great team”
My family and loved ones are here, and it’s the capital city, so it’s a real honor to play for this great team. I also grew up in a family that really supported PSG, so I was immersed in it. Being part of the club now feels like a wonderful journey.
Feller: “The facilities are really impressive”
It’s always great to join a team and already know some of the players; it builds confidence and makes you feel more at ease. I also toured the campus—the facilities are truly impressive—and I can’t wait to get started and discover even more.
Feller: “I can play anywhere across the attack”
As a player, I’d say I’m a wide player, but I’m also versatile—meaning I can play anywhere across the attacking line. My main strengths are speed and direct, aggressive play. The goal is really to score as many goals as possible. I’m really looking forward to meeting all the fans—at the PSG Campus, but also at the Parc des Princes if we get the chance. This is Paris.
