Nuno Mendes, Paris Saint-Germain’s 22-year-old left-back who joined in 2021 from Sporting Portugal, officially extended his contract until 2029 on Friday. To coincide with the announcement, the Portuguese spoke to the club’s official website.

PSG is special, it’s like a family to me. ”
These words are inevitably pleasing, all the more so after rumours a few weeks ago of a move to Manchester United. These, perhaps an attempt by the agent in the negotiations, are now only a distant and bad memory.
Nuno Mendes is above all happy at PSG, where he’s making his mark and can still achieve great things. His aim is to become part of the history of this great club, where he feels particularly at home. We can only hope that the rest of his adventure will be just as positive.
