Paris Saint-Germain has just been named second best training center in France for the 2024-2025 season by the French Football Federation, with a score of 4.53 out of 5. Only Stade Rennais (4.6) beat the Parisian club in this official ranking published by the FFF, which assesses the effectiveness of training centers every year.
“Efficiency criteria
The effectiveness of the training centers of Ligue 1, Ligue 2 and National clubs has been assessed for five consecutive seasons by the FFF on the basis of five criteria:
professionalization (U16 to U23 under professional contract in the first two divisions of the top ten countries in the UEFA rankings and the National); playing time in the first team of the training club; national selections (international matches played by players, regardless of nation); schooling (diplomas obtained during the previous season); European representation (players from clubs with points in the UEFA rankings, with a training agreement of at least one year).”
The FFF’s ranking is a tribute to Paris Saint-Germain’s ambitious training strategy, in line with the first-team project. In the image of its stars, the Parisian club has succeeded in imposing high standards and professionalism at all times within its training center, relying on modern infrastructures, top-quality coaching and individualized follow-up for each young talent.
The results are clear to see: a number of Parisian “titis”, such as Warren Zaïre-Emery (19), Senny Mayulu (19) and Yoram Zague (19), have joined the professional squad and excelled at the highest level this season.
PSG is no longer satisfied with attracting the world’s best players: it is also shaping its own nuggets, instilling in them the winning culture and rigour that are the strength of the first team. This in-depth work, hailed by the FFF with a score of 4.53 out of 5, confirms that Paris is building its future with the same high standards as its flagship team, making training a central pillar of its identity.
