Italian media recently reported advanced discussions between Paris Saint-Germain and AS Roma regarding the transfer of Froya Drosin, a striker who recently turned 19. Ultimately, PSG announced on Thursday the loan of the Norwegian player, who will join them from Rosenborg in 2024.
Paris Saint-Germain announces the loan of Frøya Dorsin to AS Roma until June 30, 2026. The Norwegian striker will continue her season in Italy, in the Serie A women’s league.
There is no purchase option included in this loan, so Dorsin is expected to return to PSG this summer, at least to assess her situation. There may still be plans for the future, but for now, she needs to gain experience in Italy to get more playing time. In any case, we’ve seen that the club’s women’s section can develop quickly. We would like, precisely, more stability. The coming months are crucial.
