Paris Saint-Germain is launching its Espoir team. The idea is to consolidate the work done in training by allowing youngsters to play more. There will also be Region 2 matches in addition to the Challenge Espoir, a competition launched by the Ligue de Football Professionnelle.
With a training center and incredible structures for the Parisian club, it would have been a shame not to have an Espoir team, capable of bridging the gap between the very young and the professionals.
There will be matches, high-level competitions and therefore a place of choice for some of PSG’s young players.It’s worth remembering that PSG is trying to rely on its young players for the challenges ahead. Having a “laboratory” team for training purposes is excellent news.
