With the new season just weeks away, Paris Saint-Germain has officially announced nine signings for its youth academy. In a statement released on the club’s official website, PSG confirmed five contract extensions and four new arrivals intended to strengthen the U19 and reserve (Espoirs) squads.
Five existing players extend their contracts with PSG
“Djamy Olax, a 19-year-old defender, has signed a one-season trainee contract and will continue his development with the reserve squad.”
“Charles Bouygue, an 18-year-old defender, has signed a two-season deal after helping the team win the U19 French championship.”
“Bryan Francillionne, a 19-year-old goalkeeper, has extended his contract by one season and will play for the reserve squad.”
“Younes Idder, an 18-year-old midfielder, has signed for two seasons after winning the U19 National Championship and the Coupe Gambardella.”
“Nahil Kanté, a 17-year-old midfielder, has also signed a two-season deal and will remain with the U19 squad.”
PSG has thus secured several players who are already well-established within its youth development system. Notably, Younes Idder and Nahil Kanté were part of the squads that won both titles last season. Charles Bouygue, who arrived in 2025, has also been rewarded following a successful first year with the U19s.
Four new recruits join the U19 and reserve squads
“Noah Adnane, a 17-year-old forward arriving from Montrouge, joins the U19 squad on a one-year agreement.”
“Léo Gnahore, a 17-year-old defender arriving from Versailles, has signed a three-season trainee contract and will join the U19s.”
“Hermi Mfutila, a 17-year-old defender developed at Stade de Reims, has signed a two-season deal and will join the reserve squad.” »
« Emmanuel Nzala, an 18-year-old defender who previously played for FC Lorient and FC Mantois, is joining the U21 squad for one season. »
By adding three defenders and one forward, Paris Saint-Germain is primarily bolstering its defensive ranks. Léo Gnahore has secured the longest deal—a three-season contract—while Noah Adnane is the only attacking signing in this group. These moves allow the club to finalize its squads ahead of the resumption of youth competitions.
