A new Paris Saint-Germain jersey has been revealed ahead of its official launch. Footy Headlines has published what is reportedly the Parisian club’s third kit for the 2026-2027 season, featuring a black base and a striking multicolored pattern down the center. It is a particularly bold design that marks a sharp departure from the club’s traditional kits.
The first thing that catches the eye is the black base, which allows the various splashes of color to really stand out. With a red Jordan logo and PSG crest, and a yellow Qatar Airways sponsor, the kit clearly embraces a much bolder identity than standard Parisian strips.
The jersey’s character is defined primarily by the multicolored vertical stripe—blending red, blue, green, and yellow—that extends down onto the shorts. The concept works well, avoiding the look of a generic black jersey and making the kit instantly recognizable.
The design may well prove divisive, however. Between the central stripe, the yellow sponsor, and the various red elements, the front is quite busy, whereas the back is far more understated. It is a risky design, yet consistent with a third kit where Jordan has the freedom to be more experimental. Ultimately, we will have to wait for an official unveiling to judge the final look.
