When things are going well, he’s there to calm us down. He always says we have to improve. He repeats it. We know that’s the way it is. He’s very good at managing the players’ mental state and motivation. It’s a philosophy he implements on a daily basis, in training.
There’s a dynamic, we know what we have to do. We know how to train, how to play. We’ve got to keep it up, we can’t let up. We have to keep giving it our all.
