Paris Saint-Germain beat Auxerre 3-1 (PSG/Auxerre video highlights) this Saturday at the Parc des Princes as part of the 34th day of Ligue 1 2024-2025. Speaking to PSG TV, the capital club’s coach Luis Enrique spoke after the victory. He spoke of the title win and the celebrations with the fans, as well as the end of the season, with the French Cup final (May 24 against Reims) and the Champions League final (May 31 against Inter Milan) to come.
Luis Enrique: “We still need to think about improving”.
“It’s very important to get this win and enjoy with our fans for this last game at the Parc des Princes. I’m happy, it’s the best way to prepare for the two remaining finals.”
“The last one at the Parc is always special. Once again, the fans are showing an enormous amount of support. We started the game by conceding the goal, but for them it’s still the same supportive mentality, which is very important for us. But we still have to think about improving, even if we’re ready for these two finals.”
