Paris Saint-Germain has entered the Guinness World Records with twelve records, as announced by the club on its official website. From unbeaten streaks in Ligue 1 to a 5–0 victory over Inter Milan in the Champions League final, over a decade of performances by the Parisian side has earned a place in the record books.
In Ligue 1: 39 away matches without defeat
“More recently, Paris Saint-Germain also set the record for the longest unbeaten away run in Ligue 1, going 39 matches without a loss between February 26, 2023, and May 3, 2025.”
The 14 league titles speak to the sustained dominance of the Parisian club, while other statistics reveal the pace at which this supremacy was built. PSG amassed 96 points in the 2015–2016 season, went 36 league matches undefeated between March 2015 and February 2016, and kicked off the 2018–2019 campaign with 14 consecutive wins. The unbeaten away streak is particularly notable: for over two years, no Ligue 1 opponent managed to defeat Paris on their own home turf.
A 5–0 win in Munich secures two records
“On May 31, 2025, the Rouge et Bleu recorded the largest margin of victory in the history of a UEFA Champions League final, defeating Inter Milan 5–0 in Munich. During that same match, Désiré Doué set an individual record by contributing to three goals—scoring two himself and providing an assist.”
The Munich triumph accounts for two records, while three others from the 2025–2026 campaign were established over the course of the tournament. Paris has scored 45 goals, Vitinha has tallied 1,602 passes, and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has been involved in at least one goal in seven consecutive knockout-stage matches. The figures for Vitinha and Kvaratskhelia highlight two different ways of influencing this campaign: one through his role in the circulation of the ball, the other through his ability to make a decisive impact when qualification is on the line.
Marquinhos and Fabián Ruiz round out the list.
“With 11 French league titles won in a Paris jersey between 2014 and 2026, Marquinhos holds the record as the most decorated player in the history of the French championship.”
Marquinhos has been part of eleven of PSG’s fourteen league triumphs. This statistic speaks to his standing in the club’s history, spanning several generations of squads. Fabián Ruiz also earns a place in the record books with a streak that is more understated, yet equally remarkable: between May 2023 and April 2025, he played 51 consecutive Ligue 1 matches without a single defeat.
