Just like last year, Paris Saint-Germain organized a race in Paris for children and another for adults this past June. However, the 10km “We Run Paris” event was cancelled due to extreme heat. The event, which was expected to draw over 12,000 runners, is set to return in 2027—and earlier in the year. According to Ici Paris, PSG is planning an edition for March.
“Runners will be pleased. Rumors are mounting… a 2027 edition of We Run Paris is reportedly in the works. The PSG 10km (cancelled last June due to extreme heat) is expected to take place in March.”
This is good news for anyone wishing to participate; the “We Run Paris” event hasn’t been abandoned simply because of a stroke of bad luck in a single year. PSG is sticking to its vision, which also aligns with various partnerships in the sports and wellness sectors.
