Willian Pacho, the 24-year-old Paris Saint-Germain defender, spoke to the press about his team’s desire to win the Champions League again after last year’s victory.

“This year, we’re going to try to win the Champions League again. We’ve already won it, thank God, we were crowned champions. But this season, we want to repeat that feat. We now know what to expect, but we’re going to do everything we can to win it again.”, comment relayed by DAZN.

Of course, winning the first Champions League was a special event for PSG and its players. It’s a little different today, but the desire is still there for the team. After experiencing that famous victory, the Parisians want to relive that joy. There’s also added confidence.

However, there’s no guarantee of being able to win again. The competition is fierce; we must never forget that. PSG can only work to the best of their ability to give themselves the best possible chance. There’s reason to believe; Pacho and his teammates have already clearly shown that their determination is still there.
