Lucas Chevalier, 23-year-old goalkeeper for Lille (contract until 2027) and the French national team, is said to be close to Paris Saint-Germain in this transfer window in order to replace Gianluigi Donnarumma (26 years old, contract until 2026 and extension blocked). Romain Collet Gaudin confirms that the Lille player’s medical will be this Friday.

PSG Transfer – Chevalier: Medical examination confirmed!

“Medical visit scheduled for tomorrow for Lucas Chevalier.”

Everything has accelerated; the Lille player is coming to Paris. We hope this won’t create a problem with Gianluigi Donnarumma. We know the club makes good choices, but we’re not immune to a timing error or a decision-making error.

We’ll be following all this closely, and PSG will therefore acquire a second goalkeeper this summer, which is a bit perplexing. See you this Friday to see Chevalier sign in Paris.
