Yan Diomande, the 19-year-old RB Leipzig left-winger, is Paris Saint-Germain’s latest target. According to the latest reports, PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaïfi has initiated talks with the German club, while the Ivorian international’s camp is doing everything possible to reach an agreement with the reigning European champions.

Yan Diomande’s camp is pulling out all the stops to finalize a move to PSG. The Ivorian international has indeed made the Parisian club his preferred destination, as reported by David Ornstein.
This deal is picking up pace, and all parties seem to be on the same page. The main hurdles will arise during negotiations between PSG and RB Leipzig. The good news at this stage is, of course, the player’s desire to join the capital club, as well as his camp’s eagerness to reach an agreement. However, given that the player is under contract until 2030, the negotiations are bound to be lengthy.
RB Leipzig will likely demand a substantial fee for their forward, while PSG—now operating under a new recruitment strategy—will aim to negotiate the best possible terms. The coming weeks will be decisive, but this marks the first major transfer saga for PSG, just days before the summer transfer window opens.
