This Tuesday, Paris Saint-Germain (1st) will face FC Barcelona (2nd) at the Parc des Princes as part of the third matchday of the 2026-2027 Champions League (kick-off at 9:00 PM, CET). On Monday, both Maghnes Akliouche (a 24-year-old midfielder/forward) and Senny Mayulu (a 20-year-old midfielder/forward) were seen taking part in training.
As announced yesterday, he’s testing how he feels today!
It should be noted that Akliouche is not necessarily guaranteed to be available this Tuesday. He is currently testing his physical condition following a tackle he sustained on Saturday against Strasbourg—though there is certainly reason for hope. As for Mayulu, it is likely too soon for him to see any significant playing time; he has been recovering from a muscle injury since Friday, and there will be no rushing him back for what promises to be a highly intense match.
Meanwhile, it has already been confirmed that Nuno Mendes (a 24-year-old left-back) will be sidelined for the “coming weeks.”
