Bradley Barcola (5) – So many errors in the first half. He scored, which will do him good. An unconvincing match overall, but he can still breathe a sigh of relief with his goal; it’s good for his confidence. Substituted by Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in the 63rd minute.
Désiré Doué (7) – A good first half for him; he’s gradually finding his form. He scored again, continuing to be decisive, even in a more challenging period. Substituted by Ibrahim Mbaye at halftime. (6) A good entrance, he tried to make a difference with his speed. We can see all the potential; now he needs to find his rhythm.
Coach –
Luis Enrique (6) – It’s hard to know what impact he had on his team in this match. Metz were clearly outclassed in every aspect. That said, with the rotation, he made the right move. Some players were rested, and we saw substitutes who performed well and battled hard.
