This Sunday, Paris Saint-Germain (1st) faces Olympique de Marseille (3rd) at the Parc des Princes for Matchday 21 of the 2025-2026 Ligue 1 season (kick-off at 8:45 PM, CET). PSG coach Luis Enrique must choose his starting eleven, taking into account the opponent, upcoming matches, and the risk of suspensions, after having selected the PSG squad for this match.
A rare occurrence, and almost regrettable given their elimination in the Round of 32 of the Coupe de France (while the Round of 16 was played this week), PSG has had ample time to prepare for this match (while OM has won 3-0 Rennes on Tuesday). This allows them to prepare calmly and further expands their options for selecting the starting eleven.
While this doesn’t help us predict the outcome, it’s good news nonetheless. Amidst the competition fostered by coach Luis Enrique and the versatility of the available players, the opposition will also struggle to predict every choice. Even though some key players are difficult to change (like Nuno Mendes, Willian Pacho, Warren Zaïre-Emery, or Vitinha), it remains to be seen if there will be a surprise.
Possible lineup:
Barcola – Dembélé – Doué
Neves – Vitinha – Lee
Mendes – Pacho – Marquinhos – Zaïre-Emery
Safonov
Substitutes – Chevalier, Marin, Beraldo, Hernandez, Zabarnyi, Dro, Mayulu, Kvaratskhelia Mbaye, Ramos.
Unavailable – Ruiz, Ndjantou (injury), Hakimi (suspension).
Possible suspension for yellow card: None.
