Luis Enrique, coach of Paris Saint-Germain (2nd in Ligue 1), held a press conference this Sunday ahead of facing Paris FC (15th in Ligue 1) at the Parc des Princes tomorrow (kick-off at 9:10 pm, CET) in the round of 32 of the 2025-2026 Coupe de France. In addition to this event, the Spaniard also spoke to PSG TV.

What did you learn about your team after the Trophée des Champions victory?
“After analyzing it, I think it was a very good match for both teams. We took advantage of this match, with Marseille, to showcase the quality of French football. It was very interesting.”
How do you explain that goal in the 95th minute?
“How many times have we done that? There’s no such thing as chance. It’s not luck. All the players are always ready, like Senny Mayulu and Gonçalo Ramos. It’s in our team’s DNA.”
Is it a challenge to play four different teams in four different competitions?
“Facing PFC again will be like a final. We’re used to playing in all competitions. It’s important to maintain our level and strive to improve.”
