At the end of each Paris Saint-Germain match during the month of March, as we now always do (based on the podiums for each match’s player of the month election), we asked people to vote for the “player of the month”. Désiré Doué (19-year-old midfielder/attacker) came out on top.
As a reminder, the matches in March were :
PSG/Lille (4-1), PSG/Liverpool (0-1), Rennes/PSG (1-4), Liverpool/PSG (0-1), PSG/OM (3-1), Saint-Etienne/PSG (1-6).
A fine victory for Doué, who confirmed his rise to prominence with PSG and was even rewarded with his 1st call-up to the French national team. It’s a pleasure to see such a talented player integrate into the team and continue with such seriousness. Let’s hope it continues.
The podium is nicely completed, with Ousmane Dembélé (27-year-old striker) and Khvicha Kvaratkshelia (24-year-old striker), 2 players always essential in creativity. And with decisive gestures and defensive efforts, of course.
