This Monday, at a press conference on its economic and social impact, Paris Saint-Germain presented some key figures on the 2023-2024 season and its situation. It was also an opportunity to unveil a record turnover for PSG.
At 805.9 million euros, the Parisian club has surpassed its record for the 2022-2023 season, which stood at 802 million euros. This progress shows that the Parisian club is not standing still, even if the increase has been more modest. It still exists, despite the departure of several stars.
Above all, as the idea is to establish itself in the world’s top league, this brings PSG closer to Real Madrid, whose 2022-2023 turnover was 831 million euros (as RMC Sport recalled ). Paris still has some way to go, but it is well on its way to the top.
It also boasts an impressive valuation of 3.9 billion euros and contributed 371 million euros to French public finances last season. A not inconsiderable contribution, but one that is under-recognized by the media when it comes to the importance of the Parisian project. Not to mention the many activities of the PSG Foundation.
