Senegal faces DR Congo this Saturday at 16 PM CET. The match will be played at the Stade de Tanger as part of the second round of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations. One Paris Saint-Germain player is involved in the Senegalese side: Ibrahim Mbaye (17-year-old striker). Find information about the broadcast of this Senegal/DR Congo match here.

Both teams won their first matches (Senegal 3-0 against Botswana and Congo 1-0 against Benin), so there’s a chance for a big win tonight. We expect intensity and excitement, with a little less pressure since a result other than a victory wouldn’t be a disaster. Even though the Senegalese, in particular, are keen to advance as quickly as possible as they are among the favorites for the competition, this doesn’t guarantee anything.

As for Mbaye, who came on as a substitute in the victory against Botswana, we hope he can continue to help his national team. Barring injury, of course.
