At the end of Paris Saint-Germain’s matches during March, as we now always do (based on the player of the month awards), we asked for a vote for the “player of the month”. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (25-year-old forward) won.
As a reminder, the matches in March were:
PSG/Monaco (1-3), PSG/Chelsea (5-2), Chelsea/PSG (0-3), and Nice/PSG (0-4).
A great victory for Kvaratskhelia, who particularly shone in the Champions League and here surpasses Bradley Barcola (23-year-old forward), who was nonetheless very effective and highly praised. It was reasonable to expect Barcola to win. But the Georgian set the bar very high. Nuno Mendes (23-year-old left-back) also managed to garner some votes against this stiff competition, despite a few defensive lapses.
We thank you for your votes and we emphasize that the podium finishes for these “player of the month” will be used for the title of best player of the season since you must have been on the podium at least once to be among the nominees.
