The winter transfer window for the 2025-2026 season closed on Monday, February 2nd at 8 PM in France and most other European countries. Spain still had a few hours left, closing at 11:59 PM. Portugal even had 24 more hours, closing on Tuesday at 11:59 PM. But it’s all over for Paris Saint-Germain and its rivals, after a very quiet winter for the Parisian club.
There was, however, the signing of Dro Fernandez, an 18-year-old midfielder who didn’t want to extend his contract with FC Barcelona. There was hope that this was a very shrewd move. On the departures front, Yoram Zague (a 19-year-old right-back) was loaned out again after returning from Copenhagen and joined KAS Eupen in the Belgian second division.
We are waiting to see if Noham Kamara (19-year-old defender) has gone on loan with an option to buy to Olympique Lyonnais in the final moments of the transfer window, as indicated in the rumors.
