Lucas Chevalier, 23-year-old goalkeeper for Lille (contract until 2027) and the French national team, is reportedly close to Paris Saint-Germain in this transfer window to replace Gianluigi Donnarumma (26 years old, contract until 2026 and extension blocked). Foot Mercato now claims that the two clubs have reached a verbal agreement.

All the media are gradually moving in the same direction, and it’s probably not for nothing. There’s a feeling that PSG has indeed made a move. Perhaps the deadlock with Donnarumma is definitive, and there’s a feeling that now is the time for Chevalier to make a move.
