Achraf Hakimi, the 27-year-old right-back for Paris Saint-Germain (contract until 2029) and Morocco, has established himself as one of the best in his position. This naturally attracts interest and, consequently, rumors. This time, it’s Spanish journalist Ramon Alvarez de Mon who’s suggesting a possible transfer to Real Madrid.

“Achraf wants to return to Real Madrid and is ready to make a transfer.
His contract runs until 2029, which makes the transfer very difficult, but relations between Real Madrid and PSG have recently improved.”
We always urge caution with rumors, and this is especially true here. The journalist isn’t particularly reliable when it comes to transfer news, and there’s nothing to suggest that Hakimi could leave PSG this summer. Even less so to sign with Real Madrid, who recruited Trent Alexander-Arnold last summer and don’t have the best possible relationship with Paris.
Perhaps a discussion could take place, but it’s doubtful anything is happening. Hakimi seems happy at PSG, where all his qualities are showcased. But a little bit of excitement was needed to fill the international break.
