Kim Min-jae, the 28-year-old defender from South Korea and Bayern Munich (contract until 2028), has been announced as a concrete target for Paris Saint-Germain this summer. However, PSG Inside Actus now reports that this is far from the truth.
“Luis Campos has not met Kim Min-jae’s agent and is not interested in the player!
PSG are interested in other defenders such as T. Araujo, Zabarnyi, Mario Gila, Cristhian Mosquera, Joel Ordonez, Yusuf Akçiçek or Ibrahima Konaté, the latter being more complicated!”
The response to the rumor is strong and serves as a reminder that nothing is yet clear in this matter. A possible interest in Kim is not unthinkable, but it has not been confirmed. It is also worth pointing out that it does not correspond to President Nasser Al-Khelaïfi’s indications of coach Luis Enrique’s wishes (young players).
An important factor, even if exceptions can be made for a good opportunity. This is no easy task for a player who is coming off a mixed season, with physical problems and a contract that is still rather long. Soccer sometimes surprises, so we’re not ruling out the possibility altogether. But it’s a long way off.
