Paris Saint-Germain has its sights set on Ferran Torres, the 26-year-old Spanish forward from FC Barcelona, to bolster its attack. According to Fabrice Hawkins of RMC Sport, the player is one of three targets being monitored by Paris, though initial contacts have not yet resulted in an agreement.
“Ferran Torres is on a shortlist of three attacking targets for PSG. While there has been contact between the FC Barcelona player and the capital club, no agreement has been reached yet. The Spanish international is under contract until 2027.”
Fabrice Hawkins’ reliability lends credibility to this potential move, though the details remain scarce. Ferran Torres is just one of three players being considered, and the reported contacts do not imply that actual negotiations have begun between Paris Saint-Germain and FC Barcelona.
Furthermore, this does not necessarily contradict Joan Laporta, who recently stated that he had no official confirmation. Given the relationship between the two clubs, it would therefore be premature to describe this deal as being at an advanced stage.
