Al-Khelaifi’s strong relationship with Red Bull’s hierarchy has helped talks progress, and sources close to the negotiations believe an agreement is now drawing near.
Leipzig have already accepted internally that Diomande is closing in on a move to Paris.

Parfois, on voit Diomande être plutôt proche du PSG, parfois il reste assez éloigné alors que la concurrence est rude et le club parisien pas forcément prêt à débourser la somme demandée.
Sans oublier que Leipzig a bien affirmé sa volonté de garder le joueur encore une saison, un départ est donc loin d’être acquis. On attend encore afin d’y voir clair, même s’il est crédible que Diomande soit particulièrement intéressé par Paris, avec son collectif impressionnant et un coach Luis Enrique qui a déjà fait grandir de nombreux joueurs.
