Géraldine Reuteler, the 26-year-old midfielder/forward from Eintracht Frankfurt (under contract until 2026) and a Swiss international, stood out during Euro 2025 — naturally attracting interest and transfer rumors. According to ZDF, Paris Saint-Germain and Olympique Lyonnais are both interested.
“Olympique Lyonnais and Paris Saint-Germain are said to be seriously interested. The offers were ultimately reviewed by sporting director Markus Krösche, who has made it a priority to increase transfer income from Eintracht Frankfurt’s women’s team.”
Nothing is impossible — PSG is still expected to make some strong signings this summer in an effort to bounce back and fully reignite the project after a very difficult season. Reuteler showed excellent qualities during the Euros, and this could be the right time for her to take the next step in her career.
That said, nothing is done yet, and Lyon’s competition could prove fierce. We’ll have to see whether this deal materializes, as other outcomes remain very possible. Each party may also have different priorities.
